We stayed
in your lovely villa in Lanzarote for 10 days in November - well , actually I only stayed for 2 nights but my wife Fionnuala
and daughter Sinead and sister in law stayed on for the 10 days.
It was
lovely. Really lovely. There was everything there to make our stay enjoyable. It is so comfortable and spacious and spotless.
Your staff
who called to welcome us and to clean and do the garden were all so friendly and helpful. Lovely people.
If ever
we return to Lanzarote or know of anyone who is , we will certainly recommend your lovely villa.

with everything one could possibly need. It was very spacious with good sized

else to make our stay more comfortable whilst in your villa. We found the people assisting you with the villa very helpful
indeed.
I would highly recommend this villa as it was in such a good location to all amenities, and it had everything
we needed to accomodate our young family.
We would not hesitate to stay in this villa again.

to thank you and your local team for helping us have such a great holiday.
We found the villa
to be spacious, comfortable, well equipped, well furnished, well maintained and very clean.
The pool and the
patio furniture were excellent.
There was good
information (in the villa and from Pat and Brian) and good administration from you beforehand (e.g. directions).
We liked the peaceful
location but enjoyed being a short walk from the restaurants.
We very much appreciated
having some basic groceries on arrival.
Just two very
minor problems... these were already problems before we arrived... the door catch on the en suite bathroom is broken and an
electric point in the kitchen is loose. Sorry to say we didn't report these at the time as they weren't causing us real
problems and we were to busy enjoying the great Lanzarote sunshine.

What a fantastic villa, I've rented numerous villas across Europe and I can honestly say yours is the best by far,
spacious, modern, clean and a great pool, not a lot more I can say really, for the first time in ages when going away I actually
slept all the way through the night, which I'm putting down to the comfy beds, and there aren't many places on Lanzarote where
you can get constant hot water when having a shower, we look forward to renting off you again.

We have just spent a great week in Puerto Del Carmen and your accommodation certainly helped. Bright and clean with
everything you could ask for, very impressive. I know its early to be thinking about next year but do you have prices for
a week in October commencing either 12,13 or 14.

you so much for letting us rent your villa - it is a great villa, the photo's don't really do it justice.
The
whole villa was fantastic and really well equipped, it was beautifully clean and obviously well cared for.
The
Welcome Pack was also greatly appreciated - we arrived on Christmas afternoon and had been worried that the shops might be
closed but the pack meant we could relax until the next day - a very thoughtful touch.
I
had been a little nervous about possible road noise but I can honestly say that we never heard it, it is in a very quiet
area.
The
views are lovely too, it was great to stand at the kitchen window and look out to the sparkling sea in the distance.
Once
again thank you for letting us rent your villa and when we next go back to Lanzarote I know that we will be checking to see
if it is available.

Hi David,
I just wanted
to drop you a note to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your villa in Lanzarote.
It was absolutely
ideal for both our first week when it was just my fiance and I as it is so quiet and peaceful, and then for the second week
with our friends and their 2 year old daughter as the area is enclosed.
Perfect location
for us for the old town (which is where we preferred to spend our evenings) with their fabulous restaurants. Having
been my first visit to Lanzarote I was really impressed and if we came again I would check to see if your villa was again
available.
We had a bad experience
with a villa in Spain last year however our confidence was restored after staying at your villa - It was immaculately
clean on arrival, the pool was cleaned very regularly and we felt confident that if their were any issues that your management
company would be easily available. We found them both friendly and helpful.
